Solve for Tomorrow
Participating in Samsung Solve for Tomorrow gave us not only inspiration, but above all the opportunity to act. Thanks to workshops, mentors and specialist support, we transformed the idea into a real social project.
It was there that we understood how important it is to create solutions that truly meet people's needs. Today, with the help of Solve, we are developing our project and implementing it.
What is Solve For Tomorrow?
Solve For Tomorrow is an initiative that engages high school youth in solving contemporary social, ecological and technological challenges. It is a space where students have the opportunity to develop their skills, share ideas and work on projects that address specific problems occurring in their communities. Program participants learn a creative approach to solving difficult issues, using the Design Thinking method, which allows for a creative search for innovative solutions. The aim of the program is not only to develop competences necessary in the future, but also to strengthen the sense of responsibility and agency among young people. By engaging in real projects, students have the opportunity to actively participate in the process of change, introducing positive and specific solutions in their local environments.

Our project, UpSkill Shelters, is in the integration category, due to its focus on the social reintegration of people affected by the homelessness crisis. We aim to create a platform that connects care centers with volunteers, offering emotional and social support, which is crucial in the process of rebuilding dignity and integration. Thanks to our activities, people in the homelessness crisis have a chance to return to an active social life, which contributes to their greater independence and stability.
Campus Solve For Tomorrow
Campus Solve For Tomorrow took place on March 20 and 21 in the Copernican Revolution Workshop, where we had the opportunity to participate in many inspiring workshops. We developed our teamwork skills, participated in psychological training and classes on fake news, which were very valuable.
